Under the direction of Chef Sébastien Boireau, our cuisine is the expression of spontaneous inspiration and a deep respect for nature. At PAPILLES, each dish tells the story of the seasons. Our commitment is simple: to favor local supply chains, fresh produce, and excellence, primarily sourced from our beautiful Vienne region (86).
It is with this in mind that we created the Gourmet Menu.

The Gourmet Menu is much more than a meal; it is an invitation to be guided through a moment of total culinary discovery. This tasting menu is created according to the Chef's seasonal arrivals and inspirations, aiming to surprise and awaken your taste buds.
Since we do not offer a choice, we ask that you inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions for each of your guests upon reservation. Without this prior information (by phone or online), we unfortunately cannot guarantee the necessary adjustments upon your arrival.
An Intimate and Warm Setting
PAPILLES welcomes you in a cozy and warm atmosphere. Our elegant and refined dining room can accommodate up to 30 guests, providing an intimate setting for your tasting. We would like to point out that our establishment is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
To complete this tasting experience, our team offers a selection of carefully chosen wines, in keeping with our values and respect for nature.
